Foresight GCQuad Review (2026): The Most Accurate Launch Monitor You Can Buy?

The Foresight GCQuad has been the benchmark for professional launch monitors since its release. At $15,000-17,000, it is a significant investment. But for club fitters, teaching professionals, and serious simulator builders who need accurate spin data, it remains one of the two or three best options on the market.

The GCQuad uses four high-speed cameras positioned around the ball impact zone. This quadrascopic approach captures the ball spin rate, spin axis, launch angle, ball speed, and carry distance at the moment of impact. The spin axis measurement is where GCQuad consistently outperforms most competitors, including many radar-based systems.

The main competition at this price point is Trackman 4, which retails around $18,000-20,000 for the dual-radar version. Trackman has a larger user base among tour professionals and a more mature app ecosystem.
